The live one

Đà Lạt is where Wu and Kin has its first home ready to talk about. It sits in the Central Highlands, a few hours up from the coast, cool all year and cold enough at night in winter that you sleep under a real blanket and never think about air conditioning.

The home is a three-bedroom house on Lê Hồng Phong, in Ward 4. It is finishing a renovation cycle right now, so it is not yet claiming a move-in date. Enquiries are open, and the move-in date is being confirmed. If you want the highland version of a Vietnam stay, quiet, green, and slow, this is the one that exists today.

What Đà Lạt is like to live in

The city is built on hills and pine, and it stays between roughly ten and twenty-five degrees most of the year. Mornings are misty. The rainy season runs June to October, and the humidity is real, which is why homes here are cared for with a little more attention to ventilation and mold than a coastal apartment needs.

It is the opposite of a beach town. People come here to slow down, to write, to work remotely without the heat, to spend weekends in coffee that the region grows itself. If your idea of six months in Vietnam is cool air and space to think rather than motorbike traffic and a rooftop pool, Đà Lạt earns the trip.

What is open

One home, live now, described in full on its own page. We would rather have one house we have actually walked through than a page of homes we have not. When there is a second Đà Lạt home worth listing, it will appear here, inspected the same way.

If the timing is not right yet, or you want to be told the moment the move-in date is confirmed, join the list and we will write to you first.
