Why there is a list and not yet a listing

Đà Nẵng is the city we are building toward, and we would rather tell you the truth about the timing than post homes that are not ready. The first building is mid-renovation. It opens in the third quarter of this year. When it does, the people on this list hear before anyone else.

We could have launched Đà Nẵng loud and thin, with one home and a lot of promises. We decided not to. A city page that says “three cities” over a single unit is exactly the kind of thing this company exists to avoid. So Đà Nẵng is honest for now: a waitlist, a real building, and a date we are working toward.

What Đà Nẵng will be

Đà Nẵng is the flat, open coastal city between the beach and the river, and it has quietly become the place a certain kind of person moves to: remote engineers, founders building quietly, designers who want the ocean fifteen minutes from the desk. The demand is real and the dedicated, inspected, English-lease option is not there yet. That gap is the reason we are coming.

When homes open here, they will be inspected the same way every Wu and Kin home is: 47 points, by hand, with the inspector named on the card. The city changes. The standard does not.
