The third city
Hà Nội completes the three cities Wu and Kin is built around: Hồ Chí Minh City, Đà Nẵng, and here. We say three cities and mean three, which is why we would rather this page be honest than crowded. There are no live homes in Hà Nội yet. When there are, they will pass the same 47-point inspection as every other Wu and Kin home, with the inspector named on the card.
What Hà Nội is like
Hà Nội is the older, cooler, more deliberate counterweight to Sài Gòn. It has real seasons, including a genuine winter, and a rhythm that feels a decade slower than the south. The expat housing here leans heavily on serviced-apartment buildings clustered around the Tây Hồ lake corridor, which is comfortable and expensive and not really a curated, residential-priced option.
That is the gap. A relocating professional who wants a real home in Hà Nội, on an English lease at a resident’s price, with someone accountable for it, does not have an obvious place to go. We intend to be that place.
