What we collect when you contact us, why, and what we will never do with it.
Last updated July 8, 2026
This notice explains what personal data Wu and Kin collects through this website, why we collect it, and how we handle it. We collect as little as we can, because the less we hold, the less there is to protect.
What we collect
When you send an inquiry, we collect what you give us: your name, your email address, a phone or messaging contact, your intended move-in date and stay length, the number of people, where you are currently located if you tell us, and any free-text note you write. We do not ask for identity documents through the website. Those are exchanged only at the point of signing a lease, through the channels named in the lease.
The site uses privacy-respecting analytics to understand traffic in aggregate. It does not build an advertising profile of you and does not follow you around the internet.
Why we collect it
We collect this to do one thing: reply to you about a home. Trang or Han reads the inquiry and writes back. We use your contact details to continue that conversation, and your stated preferences to tell you honestly what fits and what does not.
We do not sell your data. We do not rent it. We do not share it with brokers, advertisers, or third-party marketers. There is no newsletter machine behind this form.
Who can see it
Your inquiry reaches the two people who run Wu and Kin and, where necessary to arrange a viewing or a lease, the operational partner handling that specific home. It is not exposed more widely than the job requires.
We use a small number of service providers to run the site and deliver email, such as our hosting and email-routing provider. They process data on our behalf under their own terms and only to make the message reach us and our reply reach you.
How long we keep it
We keep an inquiry for as long as the conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterward, in case you come back or a home opens that fits what you asked for. If you ask us to delete your inquiry, we delete it. If a tenancy begins, the relevant records move into the lease relationship and are kept as the lease and Vietnamese law require.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to [email protected] and a person will handle it, not a ticketing queue. You can also simply ask us to stop contacting you, and we will.
Security
We keep your data on reputable infrastructure and limit who can reach it. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not pretend otherwise. What we can promise is that we hold little, we guard it, and if something ever went wrong we would tell you plainly rather than manage the message.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice as the site and the company evolve. The current version and its date are always published here.
