Where the story started

The first apartment Trang ever inspected for Wu and Kin was on the seventh floor of a 2019 building near Tao Dan Park, in District 3. She measured the internet at 187 megabits, clocked the morning light reaching the sofa by seven, and noted that the motorbike noise from the alley was real but stopped by ten at night. That walk is the reason this company has a method.

So Hồ Chí Minh City is not a new market to us. It is home ground. What we do not have yet is a set of live, inspected homes here that meet the standard we are willing to put our name on. When we do, this is where they will be.

What Sài Gòn is like

It is the loud, fast, generous heart of the country: seven million people, coffee on every corner, District 1 for the noise and District 3 for the slightly quieter version of it. It is where most relocating professionals first land and where the rental market is most crowded and most treacherous. The bait-and-switch stories that drive our whole approach come, more often than anywhere, from here.
